Terms & Conditions

The terms are quite simple as you have no obligation to use my services for the sale of your home! The condition is I must have your permission in writing to market real estate with your price and terms.

Our marketing agreements can be terminated at any time for any reason. See below for a sample agreement.

Pre-Marketing Agreement Terms & Conditions

Jody Crispin, a Virginia licensed Real Estate Agent with Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC agrees to market the above referenced home, and owner of above property hereby grants permission for Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC to advertise the above referenced home free of charge, as a buyer's agent, on a multitude of Internet sites inclusive of pictures taken. These services shall be provided to the owner free of charge. There is no obligation for the owner to list the property at a later date with Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC and no fee is due Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC unless a buyer is brought forth by Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC and the property closes upon which time Gallery of Homes Real Estate, LLC will be paid a 3% commission for the services of bringing forth a viable buyer for the property.

Owner agrees to sell the above reference property on their own and work with referred potential buyers on their own. 

 

Owner of property is free to continue to market the property as a “Sale By Owner/Builder” property and is in no way obligated to use the agent for the sale of the property.

I reached out and contacted Jody as a buyer's agent for selling our FSBO home. This woman is one of the smarter real estate agents in the area, understanding that some home sellers ma be under-water in their mortgage, but don't want to loose money in the sale. She is assisting us in finding a qualified buyer for our home and she is pulling out all the stops in order to help us gain a buyer for the home in the shortest period possible.
